Trying Skincare Products from Sukin Naturals | Quick Review
During our last trip to Australia, I wanted to try local beauty brands and take some home, so we went to Chemist Warehouse and picked a few Sukin Naturals products. It’s an affordable natural skincare brand that offers products formulated using natural ingredients.
Chemist Warehouse is like an Australian warehouse version of Watsons (a popular health and beauty store in Asia/Europe).
Sukin already stood out to me the first time I checked the beauty section because it was the only natural skincare on that aisle that was within my budget. The packaging was also attractive; simple and functional, nothing fancy.
I was adamant about getting them initially (wondering if the formulation would suit Asian skin), but since I've read good things about their products, I thought it was worth trying.
What I Got from Sukin Naturals | The Basics
They have a wide array of products to choose from, and I honestly wanted to try them all, lol, but I do my best to keep my daily skincare routine simple, so I only got the following: cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and night cream.

I opted for the regular-sized products; two from the Sensitive range and two from the Signature range.
Sukin Sensitive Cleansing Gel
The sensitive cleansing gel was very mild and unscented (really ideal for those with sensitive skin). It's not for me, though. My skin felt dry with this. The next time we return, I'd love to try the Sukin Foaming Facial Cleanser instead.
Sukin Signature Rose Hydrating Mist Toner
The Rose hydrating toner was light and refreshing. I like how it comes in a spray bottle that is easy to pack when traveling. It’s convenient and hygienic- there is no need for cotton pads. This product is perfect for hot summers and humid afternoons because you can use it throughout the day (as mentioned in the packaging).
Sukin Sensitive Facial Moisturiser
The Signature facial moisturizer is light and fragrant. I like this one a lot. It smells so good and glides effortlessly on my skin. It's also nourishing and non-greasy, even for long hours. I live in the Philippines, where the climate is humid, but the product hasn't irritated my skin or made it feel sticky.

Sukin Signature Moisture Restoring Night Cream
The night cream is something I would repurchase because I saw the difference (in my skin's texture) after just a few days of applying it. I think it also helped that I use a massage stone when using it.
The product works for me and has a calming scent. The actual cream is rich and moisturizing. The only con is that it’s heavy and bulky (more of a vanity dresser item). You’ll have to transfer the cream to a smaller container for your travels.

Aside from skincare, Sukin has body, hair, and hand care products. You can check them out in-store or online through their website.
Final Thoughts
Most organic skincare products are costlier, if not too expensive, so I would collectively give the products I tried a score of 8/10. I think it's great that they promote sustainable beauty by not testing on animals, using natural ingredients, and opting for recyclable packaging. Overall, these products offer good value for money.
