Pond's Healthy Hydration Skin Set | Review
It's been a while since I last posted a beauty review. It seems I have focused on writing about food and travel lately, but now here we are.
Product: Pond’s Healthy Hydration Line (Jelly Moisturizer, Glass Skin Toner, and Facial Wash)
For today, I will share my experience with the Healthy Hydration line from Pond’s. I ordered everything except the serum, so we have the jelly moisturizer, glass skin toner, and facial wash. I thought I’d most likely see the effects if I used them as a set instead of trying them separately.
Packaging & Claims
The packaging is presentable and adds to the overall impact of the products. You can bring the toner and facial wash during travels, but you might have to transfer the moisturizer to a different container as it weighs a lot. Well, its glass container weighs a lot, I mean.
The scents and claims distinguish the variants from one another. Here’s what each product suggests what its variant is for:
Aloe Vera- for fresh, hydrated skin (with Vitamin B3)
Watermelon- for rejuvenated, supple skin (with Vitamin E)
Orange Nectar- for glowing, smooth skin (with Vitamin C)
Price & Availability
These products are available at Watsons, but if you want discounts, you can get them online (I have provided safe purchase links below). They have occasional promotions that could help you save a lot.
And since the official store of Unilever sells Pond's products, you can also shop for other Unilever items there while you're at it. The other brands they sell include Dove, Vaseline, Clear, Lux, VitaKeratin, and more.
Scent & Texture
First of all, I love the scent of the variant I chose. It’s fresh, citrusy, and fits my preference perfectly. The smell also lingers on your face for a while after using it.
As for the texture, the facial wash and moisturizers have gel-like consistencies (as the name suggests), while the toner feels a bit rough to use on the face. By that, I mean it doesn’t glide as well as the toners I’ve used in the past, like the one from Moringa O2.
My Experience with the Pond's Healthy Hydration Set
Overall, the three products I’ve used worked well on my skin. I saw the effects around the second week of using it. I believe it made a difference that I used them together (facial wash, toner, and moisturizer). I do not think I would have gotten the same effects if I used one without the other two. Note: I also lessened my sugar intake.
Will I repurchase? I’d say yes, but maybe two or three more times. After that, I might go back to my favorite products. If you want to try this product, just scroll up to see the shop links again. Thank you!
